ENERVEX is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to join our leadership team. This position will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing direction across North America.
The Marketing Manager will drive integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen ENERVEX’s position as a leader in engineered heat recovery and exhaust systems. This role is designed as a growth and succession opportunity, with the long‑term objective of preparing the successful candidate to eventually step into the Vice President of Marketing role.
The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical understanding, thrives in a fast‑paced B2B environment, and can translate complex engineering concepts into compelling, customer‑driven messaging.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership
Partner with the CEO to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support ENERVEX’s commercial, industrial, and residential markets.
Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and brand positioning to align marketing initiatives with company growth objectives.
Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and market expansion.
Support the CEO in leading annual marketing planning, forecasting, and performance measurement processes.
Brand & Communication
Maintain and advance ENERVEX’s brand identity and messaging across all platforms to ensure consistency, professionalism, and alignment with company values.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, product brochures, presentations, and technical data sheets that reinforce ENERVEX’s leadership in performance and compliance.
Manage trade media relations, press releases, newsletters, and public relations efforts to increase visibility and credibility in key markets.
Ensure all messaging reinforces ENERVEX’s reputation for engineering excellence, sustainability, and reliability.
Lead digital marketing programs, including website management, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
Implement lead‑generation and nurturing strategies to support sales growth across all market segments.
Utilize analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to develop go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches and system solutions.
Create marketing materials and tools to support ENERVEX sales representatives, distributors, and OEM partners.
Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events, ensuring consistent brand representation.
Leadership & Development
Mentor and manage marketing team members (content, design, and digital) as the department expands.
Engage in a structured leadership development plan with the CEO, focused on progressive responsibility and executive readiness.
Participate in cross‑functional initiatives that drive alignment between marketing, sales, and engineering.
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience in building products, HVAC, or mechanical/electrical engineering‑related industries.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and brand development.
Strong understanding of the building design and construction ecosystem — including architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors.
Experience managing outside agencies, creative teams, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
