Overview

On Premise Marketing Manager (OPMM) delivers the national On Premise Marketing strategy at a regional / market level, executing industry & consumer marketing initiatives within the business unit, while expanding reach in events, winning more consumers to the category, ensuring Red Bull’s positioning as a premium product in the market, and driving more cans in hands in the On Premise. This role focuses on increasing the relevance of Red Bull across key occasions and segments of the On Premise, then converting that relevance into consumption. The OPMM should understand the role of On Premise within the Occasions strategy, and be able to deliver creative concepts that drive consumption growth (e.g., experiential activations, trade tools, and industry marketing). This role works closely with market-level sales & field marketing teams to design, plan, and execute 360 activations – ensuring cohesion across the mix and executional excellence. It is responsible for training & enabling field teams to activate at the highest standard through coaching, clear process, open feedback loops, and effective tools. Responsibilities

"Living" the Red Bull On Premise Culture: act as an ambassador for the Red Bull brand; monitor image standards for alignment with premium brand values; engage with customers and consumers to foster affinity with the brand. Strategic Planning & Leadership of On Premise Marketing: translate national and regional insights into actions, activities, programs, and strategies; provide guidance, support, and coaching to On Premise teams and partners (Musketeers, RAMs, Distributors, Sales Reps, Brand Managers); lead allocation of POS tools, monitor placement, and address custom POS/trade needs. Consumer Marketing: develop initiatives translating national and regional campaigns into On Premise initiatives across key occasions; drive consumer activation programs to enhance engagement and volume; support and co-create consumer-facing events; collaborate with Brand, Culture, Sports, and Red Bull Media Network teams to ensure plans cut-through and are amplified. Industry Marketing: create initiatives that engage venue staff, decision makers, owners, and influencers to increase share of mind and sales; enable field sales with processes, guidance, and tools. Trade Marketing: manage POS portfolio; develop activation plans and toolkits for key customers to drive distribution & volume, aiming to look like #1 and win vs competitions in On Premise. Festivals & 3rd Party Events: support regional event strategy; identify must-win festivals/events; lead 360 market execution with cross-functional teams; coordinate with the On Premise Event Manager to ensure effective execution and ROI improvements. Knowledge & Expertise

5+ years marketing in a commercial environment Experience in On Premise sales, marketing, or distribution Experience in live event production and experiential marketing People leadership/management experience preferred Entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen Strong planning, prioritization and organizational ability Strong analytical skills (analyze consumer, sales and customer data) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work flexible hours (nights and weekends) Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives. Actual compensation offers may vary based on factors including experience.
