The On Premise Marketing Manager (OPMM) delivers the national On Premise Marketing strategy at a regional / market level, executing industry & consumer marketing initiatives within the business unit, while expanding reach in events, winning more consumers to the category, ensuring RedBull’s positioning as a premium product in the market, and driving more cans in hands in the On Premise.
This role is highly focused on increasing the relevance of RedBull across all key occasions and segments of the On Premise, then converting that relevance into consumption. The On Premise Marketing Manager should understand the role of On Premise within our Occasions strategy, and be able to deliver creative concepts that deliver consumption growth in each (ie. experiential activations, trade tools, and industry marketing).
The OPMM must be deeply wired with the market-level sales & field marketing teams to design, plan, and execute 360 activations – ensuring cohesion across the mix and executional excellence in the delivery.
This role is responsible for training & enabling field teams to activate at the highest standard – through consistent coaching, clear process, open feedback loops, and effective tools.
