This role will be focused on executing tests for client marketing campaigns and web applications. The ideal candidate will bring an awareness of the lifecycle and workflows of digital marketing from customer personas and user journeys through interpretation of data to deliver insights and actionable findings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience from an agency or corporate marketing role, be familiar with financial services industry subject matter, be comfortable delivering on short timelines, and possess a strong eye for detail. The Marketing QA Analyst will be responsible for evaluating whether a campaign, application, or service meets our high standards and expectations for quality (e.g., functionality, usability, performance). They will collaborate within a cross‑functional team to identify potential issues in a campaign or application and prepare finding reports for project leaders to review.
Required Skills & Experience
Manual testing experience which includes functional, regression, and integration testing of websites, microsites, landing pages, emails, and other digital channel deliverables
Comfort communicating and interacting with Project Managers, Developers, Creatives, and DevOps/Operations Engineers
Experience with writing and executing test cases/test scripts for moderate and complex campaigns
Comfort contributing to the development of test plans for moderate and complex campaigns
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA add‑ons
Attention to small details
Desired Skills & Experience
Knowledge of accessibility testing methods for compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 criteria
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication
Prior experience configuring and using test automation tools such as Selenium
Prior experience with marketing email campaigns executed across multiple clients and the leading marketing campaign platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, etc.)
Experience working in Agile methodology and multi‑layered web hosting environments
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: USD $60,000 – $70,000 per year. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
