We're looking for an Ambassador Manager to build our ambassador program from scratch. This is a true build‑stage role – you're not inheriting someone else's playbook or maintaining an existing machine. You'll set the strategy, build the systems, and shape how we grow a community of people who believe in this mission enough to spread it.
You'll work across two audiences: professionals in the general market and students on college campuses. Ambassadors are compensated from day one – every lesson, every activation, every touchpoint. Your job is to make participation so valuable and the community so engaging that ambassadors want to show up and stay active.
You'll work closely with our founder, who is deeply invested in this program's success. Bring ideas, test quickly, and use data to guide where we double down.
Why You Might Love This
You'll build something real. This program needs a strategy and an operator to make it work. You'll have direct access to our founder, a small team that moves fast, and the opportunity to shape something from the ground up. The mission is real. We're not selling another consumer product. We're teaching skills that genuinely change how women navigate their careers. Our ambassadors believe in this – your job is to channel that belief into action. It's a creative puzzle. Campus programs are notoriously hard. Motivating ambassadors through incentives and community rather than mandates is a design challenge. If you like building systems that influence behavior through smart program design, this is your playground. You'll work with people who care. Our ambassadors aren't doing this for a free sweatshirt. They're in because they've experienced what this company does. Building community with people who have genuine enthusiasm is more fun than pushing product. Skills
Project management Stakeholder management Program building Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable working independently with legal and cross‑functional partners. Strong communicator who can update leadership clearly and push back with data when needed.
