Lead a commissioned team and collaborate with other sales managers to achieve strong sales results for your location. Recognize each team member’s skills and goals, and work with them to build a development plan. Analyze and track sales performance to meet targets. Identify and solve problems, and look for new opportunities to ensure customers receive the best possible experience. Training & Development
We provide 6 to 9 months of sales manager training, including in‑store and rotational programs with experienced managers and sales consultants. Qualifications and Requirements
At least three years of management experience; sales experience preferred. Execute long‑ and short‑term sales strategies. Establish action plans to drive sales performance. Communicate clearly and effectively. Motivate, inspire, and secure buy‑in from others. Flexibility to cover store opening hours, including evenings and weekends. About CarMax
