Team360 Staffing is partnering with a global manufacturing company to hire a relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative. This role focuses on managing and growing an established customer base while identifying new business opportunities. The position blends consultative sales, technical problem-solving, and close collaboration with engineering and leadership teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large organizations, company owners, and technical stakeholders, and thrives in a role that includes significant domestic and international travel. Schedule & Travel
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Travel is a core component of the role and may alternate between extended time in-office and on the road Example: two months in the office, followed by two months traveling Domestic and international travel, including Europe (valid passport required) Attendance at industry conventions and trade shows, including events in Las Vegas Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with established customers to drive repeat business Sell custom and standard manufacturing solutions to large companies and business owners Identify and pursue new business, supported by existing lead sources (limited cold calling) Act as a consultative partner by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to resolve customer challenges, including custom-built or modified products Work directly with senior leadership and technical decision-makers Support marketing initiatives, including contributing to product information and website content Represent the company professionally at trade shows, conventions, and customer meetings Required Qualifications
Background in refrigeration, preferably within a manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with executives and company owners Professional, relationship-focused approach to sales Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally Valid passport (or ability to obtain one promptly) Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required) Sales experience in technical, industrial, or manufacturing environments Strategic thinking and basic marketing knowledge Additional Information
