What Drives Success
Under general supervision, develop new prospects and engage existing customers to increase sales of HVAC products and services for large national accounts.
Assist in growing sales with target existing or prospective national accounts.
Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on their needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
Participate in negotiation of prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
Ensure high post‑sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long‑term relationships and high potential for repeat business.
Participate in account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
What We Are Looking For
Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; at least 1 year of related experience.
Strong abilities in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and time management.
Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Understanding of customer service principles and processes, including needs assessment, quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Intermediate industry and product knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
What We Offer Compensation This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range is $105,600 to $138,600 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees are eligible for an annual bonus per the company’s plan and are not eligible for overtime.
Benefits Subjects to applicable eligibility requirements, benefits include tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short‑term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long‑term disability insurance.
