Grand Hyatt San Antonio Responsibilities

The Area Small Market Sales Manager will be tasked with selling to the smaller and mid‑sized group markets for both the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk and the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk hotels. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups; managing accounts; conducting site inspections, soliciting and generating business; preparing and presenting effective proposals; maintaining well‑organized documentation and reports; utilizing Hyatt systems; and coordinating customer service requirements as appropriate. The Area Small Market Sales Manager may lead event meetings, sales and other staff meetings, and works as a team member with sales and catering staff and in close contact with an assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff.
