Regional Sales Manager
Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is expanding and seeks a
Regional Sales Manager
for the Midwest region. Salary: $130,000–$150,000.
This role is not open for submissions from outside staffing agencies.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and lead strategic national sales plans aligned with corporate and branch goals.
Apply advanced direct‑marketing practices to focus sales executives and achieve stated goals.
Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the sales program.
Manage sales activity and coordinate sales by establishing territories, quotas, and goals.
Review LOIs and quotes.
Represent the company at trade‑association meetings and shows.
Meet with key clients, assist outside sales reps in maintaining relationships, and negotiate and close deals.
Prepare periodic sales reports showing volume, potential sales, and expansion opportunities.
Monitor and manage CRM (experience preferred Zoho) and sales rep utilization.
Recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for the sales team.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience managing a sales team in a manufacturing or building‑products environment.
B.S./B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven track record cultivating a strong hunter sales force in competitive markets.
Strong analytical skills: proficiency in analyzing sales/customer data, identifying trends, and developing plans to resolve negative trends.
Leadership, motivational, coaching, and influencing skills.
Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
Issue‑identification and resolution skills (implementing solutions and gaining support).
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
