This role is mission-critical to ensuring our fast-moving supplement supply chain stays accurate, compliant, and running at scale. If you thrive in a high-SKU, high-volume environment and take pride in flawless accuracy, this is your opportunity to shape the foundation of our new facility. Responsibilities

Execute receiving tasks using the warehouse's WMS (Fishbowl, ShipHero, SKUVault, ShipBob, or similar). Use RF scanners for real-time receiving, put-away, and system updates. Maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy through cycle counts and variance investigations. Perform lot tracking, FIFO rotation, expiration checks, and documentation for GMP compliance. Support inventory audits and root-cause analysis of discrepancies. Quality, Compliance & Safety

Adhere to FDA, GMP, and food-grade handling requirements for supplements. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant receiving zone. Follow all OSHA safety procedures; ensure proper use of pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment. Keep receiving logs, inspections, and compliance documentation current. Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner daily with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Fulfillment on inbound scheduling and inventory readiness. Communicate delays, shortages, damages, or quality issues immediately. Represent receiving in operational updates and team meetings. Provide clear updates on receiving throughput and priorities during high-volume weeks. Leadership & Workflow Ownership

Lead a small team of receivers, temps, or dock associates. Train team members on SOPs, safety standards, scanning workflows, pallet handling, and documentation. Set productivity & accuracy expectations; monitor and coach performance. Uphold a steady, calm, and organized environment during peak inbound periods. Technical Qualifications
