Receiving Lead
in Mansfield, MA and take ownership of the inbound flow that powers thousands of premium pet products across the U.S. You’ll coordinate deliveries, direct receiving staff, ensure accurate documentation, and keep the dock running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

How You’ll Be Contributing: Essential duties and responsibilities:
Lead daily receiving operations, including scheduling inbound deliveries and prioritizing workload
Verify accuracy of incoming shipments against packing lists, BOLs, and purchase orders
Oversee unloading, staging, and put‑away processes to ensure timely and efficient product flow
Ensure proper use of RF scanners and accurate system updates
Train, coach, and support receiving team members
Monitor receiving accuracy and productivity metrics; escape discrepancies when needed
Communicate effectively with purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse leadership regarding issues or delays
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving dock area
Assist with cycle counts and inventory investigations as required
Ensure all safety protocols and SOPs are followed at all times
Qualification requirements:
2+ years of warehouse experience; receiving experience strongly preferred
Prior lead or team‑leadership experience is a strong plus
Strong understanding of receiving processes, documentation, and inventory systems
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable means of transportation to and from the job site
The individual selected must meet employment eligibility compliance, complete a background screening, have a reliable mode of transportation, and meet the physical requirements of the position.
