Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
Partner with senior management to define objectives for corporate events and leverage subject‑matter expertise to recommend and design high‑impact event strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of meetings and large‑scale, multi‑day events, including strategy development, vendor selection, contract negotiation, onsite management, and post‑event evaluation.
Oversee event budgets with strong financial discipline; develop standardized financial documents, manage forecasts, track spend, and deliver post‑event reporting and ROI analysis.
Independently manage all logistical requirements for assigned events and sub‑events, including venue sourcing, hotel room blocks, transportation, catering, audiovisual needs, signage, displays, and special accommodations.
Act as the primary liaison with hotels, venues, and event suppliers, negotiating contracts and securing appropriate meeting space and lodging for domestic and international events.
Research, evaluate, and recommend event locations, hotels, vendors, and partners for current and future programs.
Build and manage event registration sites, mobile apps, and attendee workflows; collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure seamless AV and technical execution.
Prepare and distribute event collateral, including agendas, handouts, planning checklists, and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Provide onsite event leadership, monitoring all activities to ensure flawless execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and compliance with organizational standards.
Conduct post‑event evaluations, document outcomes, and develop recommendations to improve future event performance and impact.
Develop and track event KPIs, ROI models, and impact measurement frameworks to assess effectiveness and inform strategic decision‑making.
Serve as a mentor and liaison to the Event Coordinator, supporting training, professional development, and best‑practice work standards in partnership with the Director of Events & Sponsorships.
Demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, and planning skills while thriving in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments with tight deadlines and extended work hours as needed.
Bring 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate event management, hospitality operations, experiential planning, or external relations, preferably within consulting, advisory services, financial institutions, or high‑growth corporate environments.
Exhibit advanced proficiency in creating comprehensive event proposals and presenting strategic recommendations to C‑suite executives and senior stakeholders.
Possess experience supporting executive‑level, VIP, investor‑facing, public‑facing, or relationship‑driven events, including global or multi‑regional programs requiring complex travel coordination.
Promote effective teamwork, professionalism, and respect for colleagues while managing multiple stakeholders across functions.
