is responsible for developing new business opportunities, closing sales to achieve established annual sales goals, and strategically managing and retaining an assigned book of business.

At least 12 years sales/employee benefits experience; experience selling to C–suite strongly preferred; broker agency or benefits administration experience required. Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Life & Health Insurance License required. Type:

Full‑time; Direct Hire Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description

Identify, prospect, and close new business to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Manage and grow an assigned book of business to achieve retention targets.

Collaborate with marketing to cultivate leads and improve strategic outreach.

Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, including senior‑level decision makers.

Educate clients on compliance, industry trends, and company value propositions.

Manage sales activities and pipeline through CRM tools.

Partner with account management teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Participate in strategy development for renewals, open enrollment, and long‑term client planning.

Position Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong influencing ability.

Ability to work strategically with C‑suite clients and key stakeholders.

Strong leadership, organization, and deadline‑management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts and company capabilities clearly.

Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
