SUMMARY The Niemann Harvest Market Donut Fryer duties include providing high quality donuts and pastries. The Donut Fryer is responsible for the execution of the donut/pastry plans laid out by the Bakery Manager and working in a safe manner while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

Learns and uses the three E’s: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment

Reads and follows recipes and formulas

Scale raw ingredients

Cuts, braids and fries donuts

Ice and decorate donuts

Displays or packages product

Uses all equipment needed to produce goods

Responsible for the organization, cleaning and inventory of work station.

Follow all Health Code guidelines

Work within company programs, policies and procedures

Promote and support established programs

Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model

Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Food Handler’s Certification as required by State Law provided at store level
