At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, our servers play a key role in bringing the Maymanta experience to life. We are seeking a
Full‑Time Server
with a strong background in fine dining or premium casual environments, a natural passion for service, and the ability to connect with an international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, genuine, and personalized service in line with
Hyatt brand standards
Welcome guests and guide them through the Maymanta culinary experience
Take and serve food and beverage orders with precision and attention to detail
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, wine list, cocktails, and daily specials
Ensure dining areas, tables, and service stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest payments accurately and complete end‑of‑shift duties as required
Support opening, closing, and side work procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience
in restaurant service (fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred)
Fluent English
(essential for international guest interaction)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and adherence to grooming and uniform standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑quality service environment
Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
