Immediate Start – Winter Support Needed We have a vacancy for a Holiday Park Wardens Couple comprising of Maintenance & Housekeeping to join our Blairgowrie team (PH10 7AL). The position can be either sessional or permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities Warden Couple should be passionate about providing a great customer experience, adaptable, physically fit (hands‑on role), and friendly to fit in with our small team.
Previous experience at Holiday Parks or within the hospitality industry is beneficial. Trade skills are desirable but not essential.
The warden couple position consists of two separate roles. One focuses on Maintenance and the other on Housekeeping, with each person working within their respective teams.
Warden Couple will be provided with accommodation on the park to carry out Warden duties (utilities chargeable). Each person will take turns being on call, with up to four nights per week covered between you for any guest emergencies after hours with additional £15 per night. The park is open 12 months of the year. Hours are 35–40 summer and can be reduced during winter months.
Requirements Full UK Driver's Licence for the maintenance role is required and proof of Right to Work UK.
Warden Couple should possess strong interpersonal skills, be physically fit, and able to work flexible hours.
Salary & Benefits Salary:
Real Living Wage £12.60 per hour
