Compensation
GUARANTEED $19/ hr while dealing.
Earn $15 during training.
Must meet minimum hiring requirements, including obtaining a gaming license from the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission prior to orientation
Dealer Training and Audition Once Dealer Training is completed, you will audition for a position at Harrah's Casino.
Casino placement determined by Table Games department (pending successful audition of dealer skills).
Full Time and Part Time
Dealer positions require weekend, night, and holiday availability.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must pass Dealer skills assessment.
Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
A high school diploma or GED.
Must be able to read, write, and speak the English Language. Bilingual a plus.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
Good eye-hand coordination.
Able to add basic math quickly and on the spot.
Good guest service and communication skills.
Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Walk, excessive standing, repetitive use of hands, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear, and communicate in English.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
Bend, and reach frequently.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly exposed to variable temperatures and bright flashing lights. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
