Our Graphic Designers work alongside 30+ other designers to make our billboard and digital advertisements shine all over the country.
A Graphic Artist’s primary responsibility is content creation for Lamar’s out‑of‑home (OOH) products including outdoor, digital, and transit.

What You Can Expect From Us
A Monday‑Friday 8a‑5p work schedule
An hourly range of $19.00 – $21.50 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications
120 hours of paid time off (PTO) that increases with tenure

What We Are Looking For In You
Ability to conceptualize, design, and produce effective billboard advertising.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Adobe Suite/Photoshop & Illustrator (PC platform) and Microsoft Excel.
Basic experience with HTML, CSS, and PowerPoint.
Aptitude for large format layout and graphic design.
Capability to manipulate art from collateral materials and possess strong written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to brainstorm and mock‑up design ideas.
Strong multitasking, priority setting, and project execution skills.
Good color vision and not color‑blind.
Ability to work amicably in close quarters with other employees or clients on a shared workspace.
Education & Experience
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
A Day In The Life
Develop artwork for billboards and digital displays for a variety of business types.
Collaborate with ad agencies, media buying services, and advertisers on OOH design needs.
Work with Lamar sales department to implement promotional and merchandising campaigns.
Write and edit copy as needed.
Assist in scheduling spots on the digital display network.
Occasional market rides to inspect and photograph inventory.
Coordinate with other Lamar territory offices to fulfill art requests.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The primary work environment is the office.
Physical demands include light lifting and the need for good vision; sitting more than 50% of the time; speaking.
Nights spent traveling away from home are less than 10%.
