Job Overview:
The Campaign Coordinator coordinates the execution of advertising campaigns sold by the sales team, manages tasks and deadlines, and performs administrative functions post‑contract. This role works with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and General Managers to ensure on‑time, contractual campaign delivery while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns sold by the sales team.
Take responsibility of managing tasks, deadlines, and performing a range of campaign‑related administrative functions that occur after the contract has been signed.
Manage other tasks assigned by Account Executives, Sales Manager, and/or General Managers.
Coordinating and monitoring ongoing activities and internal communications related to advertising campaigns to ensure on‑time and contractual campaign execution.
Inform Account Executives and customers about the current status of advertising campaigns.
Review campaign progress, deliver customer installation and proof of performance information.
Coordinate and obtain approval from the client on artwork.
Coordinate and communicate panel locations in “to be determined” situations.
Resolve problems during a campaign by investigating, identifying solutions, and notifying AEs, managers and customers.
What You Can Expect From Us
Monday to Friday 8 am–5 pm work schedule
Hourly range of $22–$24 / hour (dependent on relevant experience and qualifications)
120 hours of paid time off (PTO) that increases with tenure

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail applications.

Ability to enter and compile data timely and accurately.

High level of organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness.

Strong written (e‑mail) and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two (2) years of related experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or administrative roles.
Experience in data management and Gmail preferred.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Primary work environment is an office.
Lifting less than 25% of the time; reading, color distinction, acuity; sitting >50% of the time; talking.
Travel and overnight stays less than 10% of the time.
