Position Overview
Our Life Enrichment Aides implement multi‑faceted activities as scheduled or assigned by the Life Enrichment Supervisor to ensure programs meet the functional needs and reflect the interests of each resident. Activities are conducted in both group settings and one‑on‑one with the residents.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead engaging programs that reflect the interests of residents.
Carry out individual activity interventions tailored to resident needs.
Provide program support services such as transporting residents, assembling equipment, and preparing/maintaining work areas.
Qualifications
Previous experience working with the elderly.
Fluency in English.
Comfortable speaking in front of groups of people.
High‑School Diploma or GED required.
New Hampshire Board of Nursing approved Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) preferred.
Employment Details Full Time / Non‑Exempt / Union
Work Schedule
Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, rotating weekend shifts.
Tues – Sat 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
