Job Responsibilities
Install, repair, prep, and finish a variety of flooring and tile products
Work with materials including sheet vinyl, epoxy, hardwood, carpet, vinyl/LVT/LVP, and tile
Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation
Apply adhesives, grout, coatings, and finishes
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Troubleshoot installation issues
Work professionally with team members
Requirements
Experience in any flooring specialty (commercial or residential)
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to use flooring and tile installation tools
Understanding of jobsite safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work full shifts on your feet
Ability to lift and move heavy materials
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
