Job Title: Commercial Tile Setter
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Job Summary: Jack Laurie Group is hiring experienced Tile Setters who take pride in their work.
We are not looking for basic installers. We are looking for professionals who understand layout, prep, and finish—and care about the final product.
If you rush installs or cut corners, this is not the role.
What You’ll Be Doing: Install ceramic, porcelain, and specialty tile
Floor and wall applications in commercial settings
Layout, cuts, and detailed finishing work
Working on jobs where quality matters—not just speed
What We’re Looking For: Understanding of layout, spacing, and finish work
Ability to work independently and maintain quality
Pride in craftsmanship
Preferred: Substrate prep and leveling knowledge
Experience with detailed or patterned installs
Pay is based on experience and quality of work
Weekly pay
