Responsibilities A primary responsibility of a Housekeeping Supervisor is to oversee the training of new and existing members of the housekeeping staff. Assist in driving cleanliness and Customer Service scores. This ensures they're aware of the levels of cleanliness, sanitation and safety the establishment expects them to meet at all times. Training includes educating staff members about the policies and procedures unique to the organization they're working within whilst also educating them about the layout of the space and the location of the supplies they may need throughout their working day. They work alongside the staff to complete cleaning and maintenance duties. At times of need, a housekeeping supervisor is likely to step in to ensure the effective and efficient completion of all tasks. This may include cleaning rooms and checking public areas for tidiness.

Must have an open and flexible schedule and are able to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings on any day including weekends, and holidays.
Must be comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
Prior Hotel/Housekeeping experience preferred.
