Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently, showcase your organization and time‑management skills, build retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to increase sales through optimal product placement and inventory management.

Salary and Schedule

Hourly pay: $15.00–$17.00, based on skills and experience.

Annual pay increases for eligible employees.

Part‑time position with a variable schedule.

Average weekly hours: 9–11 per week.

Availability around major holidays and occasional weekends required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day engagement: Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory; communicate with supervisors; complete surveys.

Holiday support: Provide additional hours during and around holidays; may include holiday work.

Department resets: Participate in installations, relocating card departments, fixing fixtures; notified two weeks in advance.

Team support: Assist other merchandisers within the network as needed.

Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to lift 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally, kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb ladders. You will work on sales floors and in back stockrooms.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum age 18.

Read, write, and understand English.

Ability to lift 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.

Operate a digital handheld device for documents and information.

Have reliable Wi‑Fi and internet access.

Access to transportation to travel between assigned stores.
