Join Hallmark Cards as a part‑time Field Merchandiser in Jacksonville, FL. You will work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, build retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark.
Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you’ll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other products from other companies in the stores you serve.
Salary and Schedule Details
Starting pay: $14.00–$14.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
Eligible for annual pay increases.
Part‑time position with variable schedule during the week.
Average weekly hours: 6‑10 hours.
Availability required during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day engagement: Using a mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products; use technology for communication, reporting, and surveys.
Holiday support: Additional days and hours around holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; may work on the actual holidays.
Department resets: Participate in installations, relocations, and reset tasks, with notice at least two weeks in advance; may involve evenings or weekends.
Team support: Assist other merchandisers in the network as needed.
Physical Requirements Requires physical stamina: push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 lb daily (up to 50 lb occasionally), kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders.
Basic Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
Can lift 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
Can operate a digital handheld device to read documents.
Consistent internet access via Wi‑Fi.
Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
