Job Description
Create Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA surveys from field notes.
Utilize AutoCAD by Autodesk and 3D, version 2015 or greater, proficiently.
Write detailed metes and bounds descriptions.
Conduct property and deed research.
Prepare cut sheets.
Provide field crews with all necessary information for proposed projects.
Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
Experience in preparing Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA surveys.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Windsor, NJ.
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
