Vivo Infusion is seeking an experienced and dynamic sales professional with a background in Healthcare or Pharma.
The Regional Infusion Sales Specialist will promote provider relationships, drive new business, and support the growth of our infusion centers in the Portage/Kalamazoo region.

Full‑time (Monday‑Friday)
Flexible, self‑driven schedule
Remote office with 30‑60 mile travel for 90% of the time; 10% remote work
Exempt
Compensation
$70,000 – $80,000 per year base
5% annual bonus potential (performance based)

Primary Responsibilities
Meet with healthcare professionals to educate them about Vivo’s services and benefits.
Prospect new business and nurture existing relationships.
Stay informed of market changes and collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care teams.
Partner with pharmaceutical sales representatives to develop strategies.
Apply consultative selling to address provider or patient concerns.
Provide an assessment of each provider’s infusion needs and promote Vivo’s patient‑centered services.
Explain key features such as intake process, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost‑effective care.
Additional Role Responsibilities
Use provided Pharma Rep contact sheets to build territory relationships.
Log daily calls in the Trella Health CRM and maintain detailed notes.
Approach sales opportunities with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
Collaborate with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Represent Vivo and uphold the company’s guiding principles, mission, and values.
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
2+ years of sales experience generating revenue through B2B referrals (required).
2+ years of pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales experience (required).
Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation; vehicle stipend provided.
Highly motivated with a proven track record of managing a sales territory and exceeding goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport.
Exceptional customer service, learning agility, and problem‑solving skills.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus).
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to carry out each essential duty exceptionally.
