Responsibilities Lead and oversee maintenance teams responsible for critical utility systems, steam, compressed air, HVAC, water, wastewater, electrical/mechanical utilities ensuring safe, reliable operation and availability to support polyethylene production.
Supervise skilled technicians in maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of all plant utility systems.
Allocate manpower, tools, and materials to tasks; ensure schedule meets production and maintenance needs.
Mentor and coach team members; facilitate on‑the‑job training and development.
Interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical specs to guide precise execution and compliance.
Perform inspections and quality audits post‑project completion; correct any deviations.
Evaluate machinery performance; lead root‑cause analyses, failure investigations, and preventive actions.
Enforce rigorous safety protocols; run safety briefings in alignment with the plant’s safety culture.
Qualifications Education: No minimum education requirements.
Certifications/Licenses: None specified.
Experience: 3–5 years of leadership in mechanical/utilities maintenance; experience in steam, HVAC, compressed air, water systems is essential.
