Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay is $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour in training pay. Within the first 90 days you receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay; upon completion you can promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. T‑Mobile also offers an annual stock grant, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, up to 12 paid holidays, parental leave, tuition assistance, and a wide range of health, dental and vision coverage.

Job Overview Mobile Associates are an integral part of the Retail Team, bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, engaging customers in high‑traffic environments and using technology to meet evolving needs. Associates focus on building and deepening customer relationships through meaningful interactions, identifying needs, educating customers, and recommending solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment; use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions.

Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process; identify customer needs and use solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of products and services.

Complete training on the in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; review personal results, current promotions, and Hub updates to be customer‑ready at all times, continuously learning and improving skills.

Partner with nearby store locations to properly on‑board customers, perform skill practices, share knowledge, support store operations, and manage opening/closing procedures. Secure kiosk cabinets, report lost keys or assets, and perform price overrides for specialty offers.

Build and sustain relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and account servicing.

Education & Work Experience

High School Diploma or GED (Required).

Six months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Passionate customer advocate who balances customer experience and performance goals.

Strong team building spirit, willing to collaborate, learn and share best practices.

Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Licenses & Certifications

At least 18 years of age.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
