Associate District Sales Manager | Enterprise Accounts
ADP is hiring a
Sales Representative, Enterprise Accounts . This role focuses on growing new market share for ADP's cloud-based Human Resources solutions to large market prospects (1,000 or more employees) within a defined territory.
Sales Representatives for Enterprise Accounts are collaborative team players, not lone wolves. This career offers significant earnings potential and maximum exposure for career advancement in an informal, diverse, non-bureaucratic environment that values work‑family balance and flexible schedules.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
Grow our business while growing yours: attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
Plan and report to achieve success: develop an annual business plan, set sales and activity goals, compile account plan documents, and maintain a current prospective business report.
Market – conduct market research: develop prospective client sources, utilize sales automation tools, identify competitive prospects, and broaden knowledge of company products.
Collaborate daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, working closely with U.S. and Global Enterprise Accounts sales teams.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
5 or more years of enterprise-level sales experience.

Benefits and Compensation Base salary ranges from USD $56,100.00 to USD $121,500.00 per year. Compensation may include bonus, equity, and commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, short‑ and long‑term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days & vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more.
