In This Role
Review and evaluate incoming applications for the Trade Program, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all required information
Verify applicant eligibility by confirming business credentials and relevant professional experience
Communicate with applicants to understand their business needs, request additional information, and provide guidance through the application process
Collect and review key customer data points and make informed decisions when assigning accounts to the appropriate Four Hands team
Adhere to application review timelines and ensure a swift and efficient application experience for prospective Trade Program customers
Maintain an organized database of applicants, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future reference and reporting
Manage and follow up on a pipeline of leads sourced outside the application process, including trade show attendees and company-provided lists
Track activities and maintain relevant information in the Salesforce CRM system
Attend a minimum of 4 trade shows per year
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
2+ years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or sales operations
Ability to travel a minimum of 4 times per year for trade shows
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Basic experience in data auditing and analyzing
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Experience with AI tools (Chat GPT, Grok, etc) is a plus
