Reynolds Family Winery is seeking a polished, energetic, and hospitality-driven professional to join our tasting room team in Napa Valley. As a Hospitality & Sales Associate, you will be a key ambassador of the Reynolds Family brand—welcoming guests, guiding tastings, sharing our story, and building long-term relationships that drive direct-to-consumer sales and wine club growth. This role blends hands-on tasting room service, sales, event support, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with ownership and management in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. What You Will Do
Represent Reynolds Family Winery with professionalism, warmth, and deep product knowledge Host seated tastings and tableside service with efficiency and attention to detail Share the Reynolds Family story and educate guests on our wines and vineyards Drive DTC sales and wine club sign-ups through exceptional hospitality and follow-up Accurately process sales and guest data through Commerce7 (preferred) Open and pour wines, including bottle service and decanting Maintain tasting room organization, cleanliness, and inventory Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries and reservations Support winery events, private tastings, and occasional off-site events Assist with fulfillment, restocking, and inventory management Work collaboratively with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences Occasionally pack and ship wines in-house Who You Are
A confident, engaging communicator with a guest-first mindset A positive, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask with ease Sales-driven with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and wine Passionate about wine education and continuously learning Comfortable taking initiative and representing the winery independently What You Bring
Prior tasting room, hospitality, restaurant, event, or sales experience (wine preferred) Strong wine knowledge and effective sales skills Experience with Commerce7 or other POS systems (preferred, not required) Event and private-tasting experience a plus Must be at least 21 years of age Physical & Scheduling Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Occasional evenings, holidays, and event work required Typical hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary) Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate commensurate with experience Wine club sign-up commissions Tips Start Date
