Why we’re hiring this role Glimpse is growing quickly, working with hundreds of modern consumer brands we genuinely admire, as well as many different types of ecosystem partners.

Partnerships, especially with outsourced accounting and finance firms, are a core way brands discover and adopt Glimpse.

This role exists to ensure our channel partners are successful in offering Glimpse to their clients… who are then

activating it, using it, and driving value .

We already have strong partners and channel sales demand. What we need now is someone to run the activation engine: driving momentum inside partner firms, helping them market and sell effectively to their clients, and ensuring Glimpse licenses actually go live in a timely fashion.

What you’ll be responsible for You own

partner-driven activation .

That means:

Making sure channel partners consistently and quickly activate their clients

Driving partner-led marketing and selling motions

Creating predictable activation throughput

Keeping partners engaged, enabled, and accountable

This is not a passive relationship-building role. It’s an execution role with clear revenue impact.

What you’ll do day to day

Manage a portfolio of channel sales partners (primarily accounting and finance firms)

Help partners position, market, and activate Glimpse within their client base

Run activation plans that combine enablement, marketing, and light sales support

Maintain a tight operating cadence: pipeline, activation check-ins, and blockers

Track each client from license issued → committed → activated → live

Identify where partners are stuck and remove friction

Support partner campaigns (email, webinars, events, content) that drive client activation

Prepare and run QBRs focused on activation performance and next-quarter plans

Keep CRM and activation reporting clean and accurate

How we’ll measure success

Activated licenses per quarter

Activation rate and time-to-activation

Client conversion from licensed → live

Partner engagement and execution consistency

Retention and expansion signals from activated clients

Who we think will thrive here You’ll likely do well if you:

Have 2-3+ years in partnerships, channel, account management, or revenue-focused roles

Have experience activating demand through intermediaries (firms, resellers, advisors, agencies)

Are comfortable blending marketing, sales enablement, and account management

Can hold partners accountable while being genuinely helpful

Obsess over activation metrics, not just relationships

Bonus points

if you’ve worked with accounting or professional services firms, or have experience within the consumer ecosystem.

This role is not for you if:

You prefer hunting new logos over building repeatable execution

You enjoy relationships but avoid revenue ownership

You don’t like operating in detail or holding partners accountable
