The Recruitment Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in driving membership growth by developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive year-round recruitment sales strategies for both youth and adult members within the council. This position provides leadership and management oversight to a team dedicated to lead acquisition, cultivation, conversion, and placement across our service area. Additionally, the Recruitment Strategy Manager ensures the maintenance and effectiveness of all systems that support recruitment functions.
Qualifications
Three or more years of experience in sales, lead management, workflow systems, and data analysis/reporting.
Five or more years of experience in membership-based, youth-focused, or related organizations.
Three or more years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead inclusive, innovative, and high-performing teams.
