Position Summary We are a disciplined wholesale business built on strong partnerships, clean assortments, and consistent in-season selling. We are seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales Associate to join our team in an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who is hungry, driven, and eager to learn.

This is a hands‑on position offering real exposure to how wholesale businesses operate. You will work closely with senior sales, operations, and production teams to understand selling, reorders, inventory flow, and account management from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long‑term career in fashion sales, brand building, or wholesale strategy.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Support

Support day-to-day management of wholesale accounts

Assist in driving reorders and in-season selling

Support buyer communication, follow-ups, and order coordination

Reorders & Inventory Awareness

Track sell-through and flag reorder opportunities

Help prepare selling recaps and reorder summaries

Learn how inventory levels, delivery timing, and sales performance impact decisions

Market & Relationship Exposure

Support market appointments, showroom meetings, and store visits

Assist with preparing linesheets, samples, and selling tools

Represent the brand professionally in all interactions

Operational Coordination

Assist with order entry preparation and internal tracking

Maintain organized sales tools, reports, and account notes

Learn how Sales, Operations, and Production work together behind the scenes

Ideal Candidate Profile

Recent graduate or early-career professional

Self-motivated, driven, and proactive

Comfortable taking initiative and working in a fast‑paced environment

Interested in sales, relationship‑building, and business growth

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Experience & Skills No prior wholesale experience required.

Preferred (but not required):

Internship or exposure to wholesale, fashion, or retail

Experience with Excel or Google Sheets

Familiarity with fashion brands, specialty retail, or buying cycles
