Wholesale Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and wholesale partners while gaining hands‑on experience in B2B sales, account coordination, and trade marketing.
Role Overview The
Wholesale Sales Coordinator
is an entry‑to early‑career role designed for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn the operational side of wholesale sales. This role supports day‑to‑day wholesale sales activity, assists with account management and order coordination, and helps ensure a seamless experience for our retail and trade partners. This role will report to our National Sales Manager.
This position also includes travel opportunities to customer locations, industry tradeshows, and other sales‑related events, offering exposure to real‑world wholesale selling and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Support the wholesale sales team with order entry, account set‑up, and pricing coordination
Assist with maintaining wholesale account records and activity in CRM and internal systems
Help prepare sales materials such as line sheets, pricing guides, and account presentations
Partner Communication
Serve as a day‑to‑day support contact for wholesale partners, responding to basic inquiries related to orders, products, and timelines
Assist with onboarding new wholesale accounts, including paperwork, product information, and system access
Support communication to partners related to product updates, promotions, and programs
Order & Operations Coordination
Coordinate wholesale orders from submission through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to resolve order issues and support partner satisfaction
Assist with tracking inventory needs, lead times, and delivery details for wholesale accounts
Assist with planning, set up, and execution of tradeshows and sales events
Travel to customer locations, tradeshows, and other sales opportunities to support relationship building and account growth
Help gather feedback from partners and events to support sales strategy and improvements
Qualifications Required
1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, retail, customer service, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
Exposure to wholesale, B2B, retail, or trade sales environments
Familiarity with CRM systems, order management tools, or e‑commerce platforms
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10–15%
Interest in sales, account management, and growing within a wholesale or partnerships role
