Earning Potential: $45,000 – $80,000+ annually (base salary plus bonuses and commissions) Experience: Preferred but not required (prior BDC, call center, or sales experience a plus) Bilingual: Preferred (English/Spanish) Career Development: Continuous training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities within the dealership Qualifications
