Expected Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications

Drive new business development by prospecting and closing SaaS platform partners seeking to embed payments, credit, and other financial services.

Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, business cases, and deal structures that align PayPal’s solutions with partner business models.

Partner with internal teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure a seamless partner onboarding and go-to-market process.

Build strong executive-level relationships with partner decision makers, establishing PayPal as the trusted provider of embedded finance capabilities.

Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner activation and adoption campaigns.

Meet and exceed quota targets for revenue growth and new partner acquisition.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

5–7 years’ experience in sales or business development in fintech, SaaS, or payments.

Understanding of embedded finance, SaaS monetization, and payment processing economics.

Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close mid-to-large complex deals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Self-starter, results-oriented, with a passion for innovation in financial services.
