Pay Rate:

$38,000 per year

Job Summary Account Executive is responsible for building relationships with property managers in an assigned territory, selling AT&T’s innovative communication and entertainment products with a focus on AT&T Internet and AT&T TV products for high‑speed internet and television. The role leads, profits, grows, and directs all sales activities in the region, while maintaining key client relationships.

Essential Job Functions

Initiate, build and maintain strategic relationships with AT&T Account Managers, Property Managers, and leadership.

Ensure market profitability through key initiatives, local partnerships, and motivating the sales team.

Serve as the primary point of contact for AT&T’s Account Managers and Area Managers.

Network to uncover additional sales opportunities and channels.

Hold outside events at properties to promote AT&T products to new and existing residents.

Assist clients with new orders and provide support for existing clients.

Resolve complex account issues to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Complete and maintain all required job and compliance training, including sales process, Opus, AT&T, CPNI, Credit Application Process, etc.

Essential Physical Functions

Frequent mobilization around the work area, use of hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and continuous presence at the workstation for extended periods.

Ability to use a computer mouse, keyboard, and other equipment typically found in an office or call‑center environment.

Essential Sensory Functions

Regularly talk to customers and other employees, hearing speech from customers and other employees.

Regularly interact and communicate with others, including face‑to‑face, phone, and chat messaging communications, and comprehend subject matter to take appropriate action.

Use specific vision abilities required by the job, including close vision, distance vision, focus adjustment, reading and interpreting documents and instructions, and identifying letters, numbers, and symbols in a technology environment.

Other essential job functions may be assigned by Blue Link Wireless at its discretion and are subject to change at any time.

Work Environment

Exposure to computer equipment and noise levels of a typical retail store environment.

Travel is required.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Three or more years of successful sales management experience, with 2+ years in multi‑unit retail wireless store leadership preferred.

AT&T sales management experience preferred but not required.

Demonstrated high ethical behavior, unquestionable integrity, and character in business transactions.

Effective communication skills and strong knowledge of common business applications (Web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Professional with a balance of risk‑taking, judgment, confidence, assertiveness, and flexibility, demonstrating a “take charge” spirit.

Ability to read and interpret operating, maintenance, or procedure instructions and safety rules.

Writing routine reports and business correspondence.

Effective verbal communication before customers and team members, individually or in groups.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment and quality standards.

Effective interaction with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written, oral, and customer‑service skills.

Accepts and implements verbal and written feedback.

Education and/or Experience High School Diploma, BA, or BS preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.

Valid Driver’s License & Proof of Liability Insurance.

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Commission Potential):

$75,000.00+

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
