Regional Banker/Teller (Tucson, AZ)
We are seeking a full-time Regional Banker/Teller to join our Retail Branch organization. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Job Description
Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer’s financial wellbeing while increasing share of wallet. Conducts proactive sales and service activities, and identifies referral opportunities. Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet.
Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty.
Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, educating customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment within established limits, and ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
