Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, e‑mail, text, and chat.
Respond promptly to internet lead requests.
Act as a liaison between customers and the service department.
Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
Be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.
Assist in generating reports and logs.
Requirements
Call center experience is a plus.
Dealership experience preferred.
Automotive service experience is a plus.
Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills.
Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
Ability to follow instructions from the Business Development Manager.
Valid driver’s license.
Positive attitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Self‑motivation and self‑sufficiency.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Drive to exceed customer expectations.
