Role Description As our business has significantly increased, and we are looking to find another full-time on-site role for a Processor at Sharp Mortgages Inc., located in Jacksonville, FL. The Processor will handle day-to-day tasks of a Mortgage Processor, including analyzing income, handling loan conditions, and managing a high-level customer experience. The role also involves clear communication with clients and colleagues, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and exceptional Customer
Knowledge of basic mortgage processing principles relevant to Fannie man Freddie Mac guidelines
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Previous experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to title processing are advantageous
