Operate Cincinnati and Amada hydraulic CNC controlled punch presses in a just-in-time fabrication shop. Set up and run punch presses; may assist other operators as needed. Work with various metal forming constraints with guidance. Read and interpret basic blueprints and shop drawings; perform basic shop math and precision measuring. Maintain efficiency, meet production schedules, and respond to change as required. Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong metal press forming and basic fabrication background. Competent in basic dimensional measuring and able to learn precision measurement tools. Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings; basic math skills. Ability to work with various metal forming constraints with guidance. Experience with overhead crane and forklift is preferred. Demonstrated ability to take and execute directions efficiently; detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to multi-task. Benefits
