Skills You Bring To this RoleAbility to perform tasks with little to no rework.Ability to demonstrate safe and compliant work habits at all times, to include use of Personal Protective Equipment.What you need to be successfulHigh school diploma or GEDUp to one year experience with interior removal, modification, and installation or equivalent.Additional experience, such as upholstery, preferred.Sewing experience may be a plus.Physical requirementsAbility to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.Capable of standing for extended periods during the entire duration of shift.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks.Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects.Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
