The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time CCTV/AV Manager to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a CCTV/AV Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing live broadcast operations, video production, graphics, and audio systems while ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional technical execution across all racing and event activities. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
Oversee live multi-camera broadcast operations, including video production, switching, and signal routing across SDI, HDMI, and RF systems
Manage graphics systems, photo finish and timing equipment, tote board displays, and ensure accurate race-day content delivery
Maintain and troubleshoot audio systems, simulcasting setups, satellite broadcasting, and fiber connections for seamless event coverage
Coordinate simulcast schedules, handicapping contests, and ensure compliance with racing industry standards and company policies
Supervise and train team members, enforce safety protocols, and provide technical support during racing breakdowns or emergencies
Collaborate with vendors and partners on system maintenance, upgrades, and reporting while ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence
More about you
Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License
Strong technical knowledge of audio and video hardware, broadcast systems, and digital signage, with ability to learn new technologies quickly
Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required
Physical requirements
Ability to climb 60-foot camera towers
