The company has developed and commercialized a portfolio of transcatheter devices, including a tricuspid valve currently in US clinical trials. With a strong global presence and continued growth, we’re looking to add a
Sales Manager
to the team in Germany.
The role focuses on managing and supporting a network of distributors, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key customers. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and ensuring strong execution of sales strategies in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and revenues across Germany
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential channel partners
Build long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Provide product training, technical support, and commercial guidance to distributors and customers
Qualifications
4+ years sales experience in structural heart (Experience with transcatheter valve technologies)
Strong experience managing partner or channel networks
Proven track record in developing markets and achieving growth targets
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel nationally
