Hybrid Event Concierge at
Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa
– full‑time, $30.00/hour. This role supports the Event Planning Manager, Operations Teams and the on‑site meeting contact to ensure a smooth event operation and exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities The Event Concierge serves as the liaison between the Event Planning Manager, Operations Teams, and the on‑site meeting contact. The position requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics and event details, and operates as the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It is a highly visible role that demands exceptional performance in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and push and pull heavy objects.
Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred previous related experience in a hotel environment.
