Hospice Community Liaison (Middlesex / Somerset County, NJ)
Join Ennoble Care as a full‑time Hospice Community Liaison responsible for community outreach and promotion of hospice services in the Middlesex / Somerset County region. Responsibilities
Analyze the company’s service area to identify target markets. Visit doctors’ offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and other potential referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals. Evaluate the organization’s strengths and weaknesses. Analyze current marketing data and develop sales/marketing objectives and projections. Create a marketing plan, set priorities, establish a timetable, and implement the plan while staying within the established schedule. Review and evaluate the plan and outcomes on an established basis. Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate. Assist office staff with updates and community outreach/education initiatives. Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies or professionals. Organized and detail‑oriented. Strong oral and written communication skills. Licensed driver with an insured vehicle in good working order. Salary & Benefits
Base Salary:
$50,000 – $95,000 per year, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Benefits for full‑time employees include: Medical, Dental, Vision and supplemental benefits: life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage.
