What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and grow relationships with key OEMs to support sustainable transportation initiatives
Introduce new innovations and business models to customers for profitable growth
Collaborate with global teams to drive the adoption of new tools and product launches
Translate design decisions into actionable sourcing and sales strategies
Provide strategic input to the account manager for future account strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Seven (7) years or more of combined sales and/or automotive experience
Valid Driver’s License
Proven track record of achieving positive sales results using advanced selling skills
Experience in long-term selling cycles to large, complex key accounts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in engineering or manufacturing from an accredited institution
Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Sales Force / PowerBI
Experience in fast-paced environments and startup cultures
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and geographies
